Usage
From the configure dialog, you can chose which part of the buddy list will remain at the same ordinate (currently : title bar or bottom).
Will it work for me ?
Works with the latest stable version of Pigin: 2.5.8
It may work with older versions too... (like 2.3.X or 2.4.X).
